Welcome to Stackwell Automation ("Stackwell," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including all features, functionalities, and services provided through our website and API.

By using Stackwell, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use Stackwell. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use Stackwell, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Stackwell offers a single subscription plan:

• Stackwell Pro: $499/month

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive a free trial limited to 10 successful invoice extractions per company domain. After exceeding this limit, a subscription is required to continue using the platform.

5. AI-Generated Outputs & Disclaimer

Stackwell uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to assist with invoice data extraction, reconciliation, and export. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before being used in any financial, accounting, tax, or legal decision
• Stackwell does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all outputs
• Accuracy metrics published on our website are based on internal testing and are not guaranteed for your specific documents or use cases
• Stackwell is a workflow automation platform, not a substitute for professional judgment

6. User Obligations

You agree to use Stackwell only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Stackwell, including but not limited to the code, design, and branding, are owned by Stackwell Automation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of Stackwell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at team@stackwellautomation.online or through your account settings. Upon such request:

• We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your verified request
• Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as permitted by applicable law
• You will lose access to all features, uploaded documents, and extracted data upon deletion
• Deletion is irreversible — please export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to Stackwell, our users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Stackwell after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
